Virginia Litchfield

I've been with the Burlington Community Justice Center since 2018 and worked in a number of our programs. Most of my time here has been supporting the implementation of restorative practices in the Burlington School District, both as an outside consultant and as an embedded RP staff. Restorative justice has taught me to use my values as a guiding star and put relationships at the center of all I do. Outside of the BCJC I spend a lot of time with my daughter in the rivers and lakes around Burlington, and the ocean whenever we have the chance.
